Size: Approximately 1,285 acres

Terrain: The property has a good variety of terrain ranging from 400 acres of cultivated fields to mesquite flats and gently rolling hills to creeks and scenic rock covered ridges. Vegetation on the ranch consists of native grasses common to the area including: tabosa, side oats, blue stem and buffalo. Trees found on the property include mesquite, cedar and hackberry along with numerous shrubs and browse.
